- three apartments (two three-room apartments and one four-room apartment) inside a brand new residence built in green building and Passivhaus certificated, for which non-polluting materials were used, as much as possible at km 0 and for which insulation systems were designed and with ecological energy use;
- a brand new "green" area completely reserved for pitches immersed in nature, in a marvelous outlet area, directly on the lake and dominated by centuries-old trees;
- the traditional pitches (Comfort, Superior, Natural Green and Natural Green XL new this season) for tents, campers and caravans on grassy ground, as much as possible shaded by century-old trees.
Obviously, by renting any of these proposals, you can take advantage of all the services of the village, so during your ecological holidays on Lake Garda you can dive into three beautiful pools, one different from the other, play football or beach volleyball on sports fields, go shopping in the minimarket open all season, enjoy typical dishes in the restaurant or pizzeria and let your children play in the large park equipped just for them.
