The season generally runs from late March, in time for Easter, to early November. In 2027 the campsite is open from 26 March to 2 November. You can check availability and book directly through our online booking system.

If you contact us, we will send you a quotation; once you accept it, you will receive a link to a private area with the official offer and the deposit amount.

Your booking is confirmed when we receive the deposit, whether you booked online or by email. You can pay the deposit by credit card or bank transfer.

The deposit is 50% of the stay for pitches and 30% for mobile homes, Lodge Tents and apartments. The balance is payable by the day after arrival.

If you cancel more than 15 days before arrival, we refund the deposit, retaining a €20 administration fee, or €30 for non-EU countries. The deposit is not refunded for cancellations within the 15 days before arrival.

Yes. The entire booked and confirmed period is charged even if you arrive late or leave early. If you do not arrive on the scheduled day, we hold your accommodation until 13:00 the following day.

Pitches are available from 15:00 and must be vacated by 12:00; after that, an additional night is charged. Mobile homes, Lodge Tents and apartments are handed over between 16:00 and 20:00 and must be vacated by 10:00.

From 23:00 to 07:00 the entrance barrier is closed and vehicles cannot circulate inside the campsite. Leave your vehicle in the parking area at the entrance and move it the following morning. If you expect to arrive at your accommodation after 20:00, please notify us in advance so we can arrange key collection.

Every member of your party, including children, needs a valid identity document for the legally required registration.

Yes. The tourist tax charged by the Municipality of Manerba del Garda is not included in the price of your stay. It is calculated at check-in and paid with the final bill. The amount may change according to municipal regulations. For 2027 it is €1.30 per person per night from April to September and €0.65 in March, October and November. Children up to the age of 14 are exempt.

The balance can be paid during your stay, preferably by the day before departure. We accept cash, debit cards, Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

Yes. You can add people even during your stay, provided you inform reception beforehand and stay within the accommodation's bed capacity or the pitch limit of 6 people.

Yes, by leaving an identity document at reception. The first hour is free; after that the visitor rate in the price list applies. Management may limit entry during periods of maximum occupancy.

Yes, during the low-season periods listed on the Offers page, on a limited number of Comfort or Natural Green pitches away from the lakefront. You cannot book with these cards: a pitch is allocated subject to availability on arrival.

Allocation is at Management's discretion, but special requests are taken into account whenever availability allows. Please tell us your preferences when booking, such as being near facilities, in a quiet area or close to friends.

By car, take the A4 exit at Desenzano del Garda, then the SP25 towards Salò, or at Brescia Est. Set your navigation to Via dell'Edera 19, Manerba del Garda, GPS 45.561285, 10.553317. By train, travel to Desenzano station, then take bus LN007 towards Salò to Pieve di Manerba, followed by a 10–15-minute walk. The most convenient airports are Verona Villafranca and Bergamo Orio al Serio. For the exact route, open our location on Google Maps.

From October to March, we answer Monday to Friday, 09:00–12:00 and 14:00–16:00, on +39 0365 651753 or at info@campingbaiaverde.com. During the season, opening hours are 08:00–20:00, using the same contact details.

Yes, on all pitches and in the Charme and Giada mobile homes; they are not allowed in the other mobile homes or Lodge Tents. The campsite reserves the right to decide which animals to admit. Under the ENCI classification, certain breeds in groups 2 and 3 are not accepted, as listed below. A supplement applies for dogs.

Breeds not admitted: American Bulldog, Amstaff, Boerboel, Šarplaninac, Anatolian Shepherd Dog, Central Asian Shepherd Dog, Caucasian Shepherd Dog, Estrela Mountain Dog, Cane Corso, Dobermann, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, Bull Terrier, Perro da canapo majoero, Dogo Canario, Perro de Presa Mallorquín, Pit Bull Mastiff, Pit Bull Terrier, Rafeiro do Alentejo, Tornjak, Rottweiler, Tosa Inu and all dogs belonging to the Molosser and Mastiff families.

Crossbreeds and sub-breeds of the listed breeds are not admitted under any circumstances.

The restaurant, pizzeria and bar are independently managed, so their opening dates may differ from those of the campsite. If you are visiting at the start or end of the season, please ask us for confirmation before travelling.

Yes. There is a paid charging station for electric and plug-in hybrid cars. Connecting to any other socket, whether on a pitch or in a mobile home, is strictly prohibited. During peak season, if there are supply problems on the external electricity grid, Management may also suspend charging at the designated station. A free charging and maintenance station is available for bicycles and e-bikes.
