Inside area of 30 sqm and covered equipped outdoor wooden veranda, ideal for hosting large families up to six people. These units are located on the border with the Natural Green area, surrounded by typical vegetation.
Structure
There are a double bedroom and two bedrooms with two single beds each, two private bathroom cabins, a larger one with sink, shower, hairdryer and cabinet, the other smaller one with toilet and sink; living room with kitchenette and sofa. The structure is equipped with air conditioning on request. The private parking space completes the offer.
The equipment
The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette and sink, crockery, electric coffee machine (no moka), fridge and freezer, table and chairs. On the veranda there is a table with chairs for outdoor dining and two sun loungers.
