Bungalow on Lake Garda: the rules for booking
1 - CONDITIONS
It is possible to reserve housing facilities through the website, by e-mail, regular mail, phone or fax. Immediately you will receive a cost estimate and the amount of the deposit to be sent by bank transfer or money order. Upon receipt of the amount, you will receive a reservation confirmation of the bungalow on Lake Garda (or pitch).
It is possible to add people during your stay, upon notice to the management.
The entire period booked and confirmed will be charged for payment, even in case of late arrival or early departure (in this case, the Management reserves the right to reoccupy the vacated structure). The payment must be made within the day following the day of arrival
1 - DEPOSIT The deposit is 30% of the total stay. On arrival at the campsite you will be charged € 100.00 as a deposit, which will be completely returned the day of departure, upon inspection of the bungalows on Lake Garda by our staff.
2 – CANCELLATION
The cancellation of the reservation of the bungalow on Lake Garda, as well as also of the pitches must be submitted in writing within 45 days before the date of arrival and there will be deducted only the expenses. If a cancellation should be received within 15 days, we will retain 50% of the deposit and subsequently 100%.
